To begin, our process starts with screening your drains to ensure that no dirt or silt from our cleaning process will clog up your drains. At the same time, we are applying two specialty soaps to your surfaces.

The first soap is a general concrete brightener and degreaser. This soap is applied to all areas of the floor.

Second, we are applying a high alkaline degreaser to the grease spots that are normally present in the parking stalls where cars are normally parked.

Depending on the situation all salt spots are coated with an enzyme that will break down the salt.

After the prep work, we are ready to start the deep cleaning process. We use surface area cleaners over all areas. In fact, these cleaners are hooked up to our $10,000 steam pressure washers and shoot steam and high-pressure water at 4000 psi onto the concrete.

This loosened the dirt, grease-free from the surface. Finally, we rinse it all down and you are left with a very clean parking garage floor.
