Awnings like anything outside are always subjected to the elements. Biological pollution (mold & mildew)and atmospheric pollution (carbon) are the main causes of an awning that used to attract the eye for its beauty, and which now may be attracting the eye for other reasons. Possibly even creating lasting impressions that you do not want to convey to passers-by.
While this may be true, there is something that can be done bout that. In fact, we have cleaned some of the oldest roughest-looking awnings and made them look great again.
Our Damage Free Process
Over the last 30 years, we have perfected Madison awning cleaning. In fact, we have a unique way of cleaning awnings that is damage free.
On one hand, we are a pressure washing company, on the other, we don’t necessarily use pressure washing equipment to clean everything.
Our process consists of chemically scrubbing the awning to loosen carbon, dirt, mold, & mildew free from the surface of the awning. Then we use low-pressure steam to rinse off the loosened dirt.
After all your awnings were most likely a high-priced investment and you do not want just anyone trying to clean them, just because they say they can.
